Pre-Appointing your Annual Eye Exam

We want to make scheduling your annual eye exam as easy as possible! We'll set up your next appointment for you based on doctor recommendations. You will receive a reminder letter in the mail a month in advance. If we do not receive a confirmation email/call from you, we will send an email.
